How can I upgrade my account?

To upgrade your account, please click on the (!) icon in the app on the home screen and follow the prompt. Provide a copy of a government-issued ID(For example driver's license, national ID, or voters card) and document with your address as proof of address (for example utility bill, LAWMA waste bill or water bill, or tenancy agreement) and upload it on the app.
